I have a huge problem with Virtuemart 1.0.15. When the store is setup with use of coupons, it seems that VM calculates tax on the coupon value. That is not correct for our country.

Here is an example:
tax is 25%
coupon value is 10%

Price with tax: 959,00
Price without tax: 767,20
Couponvalue: 95,90
Tax: 172,62

VM calculates the tax as: 191,80 (25% of 959) - 19,18 (25% of 95,90) = 172,62

That is not correct, the tax should be: 191,80.

Any suggestion on how to fix this? I looked at the sourcecode, and I think I need to modify the file "ps_checkout.php" in function "calc_order_tax()" (line 1191). But where?

I think you are wrong the tax value 172.62 is correct.

No, here in Norway, we do not pay tax on discount.
