Hello,
I'd like to let everyone know that I wrote and am making available a mambot which inserts either a graphical or text 'add to cart' button in your content.  You can download it at: www.brainfognomore.com/addtocart.zip.  If you have any questions/comments, you can email me at cgivre@gmail.com.
