Hi there to all

I am having issue with the languages of my VM. I am going to use few languages like turkish, bulgarian, english, serbian, croatian, and maybe other balkan languages.

So what is the best way to import all of them with same encoding so when a user would switch a language there won't be any messy characters... Should that be done in the template or elsewhere.
