Authorize.net was actually were I got the info from but it was pure luck. I finally got someone on the phone who knew something, most of the individuals I have spoken to over there are less the helpful or just do not have a clue. I guess in the end the good news is…it worked and I can now take Amex. But I agree someone should have done a better job at announcing this.
