sarita:
Hi,

I have done as specified in earlier posts. I make a new notify.php file and placed it inside the root directory and also made the changes in paypal extra info in vm configuration. Now i when i do any transaction i got a mail that your order is confirm. But still i didn't get any mail regarding the download info. Please suggest if i have missed any step or i am doing anything wrong. Please reply ASAP.

Thanks in advance.
Sarita

I am a developer. i write the paypal pro module and subscriptions for http://myjoomlaextensions.com. they paid me 230$. the manager martin eric asked me write the paypal pro uk. i wrote it and sent the script to him. he promised that he would pay me the next day. but it seems he disappeared. he stole my code.

Does this fix also work for Joomla 1.5.10 and VM 1.1.3?

 ??? I still don't manage it...

Is this fix supposed to work with www.sandbox.paypal.com?
   (Or the real PayPal only?)
(In 2005, Soeren wrote that IPN testing doesn't work for the sandbox)

Do you guys have any form of SOE, SEF or url-rewriting active?

What is my best source of notify.php debug logging?
(even in debug mode, the VM log doesn't say a lot I find)

In my raw Apache log all I get is:

Code:

216.113.191.33 - - [09/Jul/2009:17:41:47 -0500] "POST /notify.php HTTP/1.0" 200 3706 "-" "-"

I'm close to giving up...

Hope anybody has an additional clue...

Thank you!
J.

Guys I'm REALLY struggling with this one too. I'm pulling my hair out now. I've tried the root notify.php etc but still not getting any luck.

Any ideas? I'm on Joomla! 1.5 and VM 1.1.3
