I take my csv file - it works on the old hosting.

But there are mysterious errors on the new hosting.
 
If product_s_desc starts with a number - then its product being loaded.
And other mistakes...

It seems that php or apache might be misconfigured.
But there are no errors in logs. What else should I check? Mysql - but it works perfectly with other sites on my hosting.
