XML Exporting

I know that there has been discussion on the proper XML format for exporting from VM. Since that discussion does not look like it will end soon, I have created a dirty XML exporting routine that copies every field from a table and creates an XML file.

I have appended this to the CSV export page. I have also included placeholders for an XML import routine. I hope to have those working in the next few days.

I have appended a zip file with the necessary files.

Here is the readme file I included:

Adds a dirty XML creation routine to Virtuemart
You need to append:
XML-English.php to your english.php file
XML-ps_csv.php to your ps_csv.php file
And you can probably overwrite your product.csv_upload.php file

PLEASE NOTE: product.csv_upload.php has placeholders for uploading an XML file but they are not implemented yet.

I have created a Microsoft Access file for importing the corresponding XML file and then editing offline.
