Site Hacked- Looking for Someone to Help Secure Code willing to pay

We are running Mambo 4.5, v. 1.998 (2004/04/07) and PHPSHOP (for Mambo), v. 1.1 (06/05/2004) (the PHP Shop has been customized a bunch) and the site got hacked pretty bad last night. The site was being used for DOS attacks etc.  We are looking for someone to help us fix these holes and get the site safe to publish again.

Anybody with security experience and interested let me know.  This would be a paid job.

Are you sure that they got in through phpShop? Did you see it in the logs?
