Shipping methods aren't availeble for checkout

I've solved the problem, so maybe the others interested in it will find the solution (or rather remarks) useful.

While creating the shipping method the fields with min. and max. weight and postal codes MUST BE FILLED.

My first problem was that I usually sell the downloadable goods, which can be sold also on a CD (that's why I needed shipping module) so I haven't bothered about the weight. Or rather I used it for filling the info about the file.

The other problem was the postal code range. In Poland (where I live) the postal codes are containing 5 digits and a dash (XX-XXX). In such case the module didn't want to work when the numbers were written without a dash (min:00000, max:99999)

While I have put the values for weight (0 - 99.9999) and for postal codes (min: 00-000, max: 99-999) everything works fine.
