UPS module problem - Error Code: 111210

freaking hell past 2hours on this just because I didn't put a STORE ADDRESS  :o

I am getting the exact same error message.  All my configurations are correct, I have enabled both the UPS shipping module and Standard Shipping.  Nothing seems to work.  I am not hosted on godaddy, but I tried the cURL stuff anyway.  [I'm new.]  Everything I've tried so far hasn't worked.  I can't get the USPS shipping module to work either.

I removed the text in the "Ship From Zip Code" field under the UPS module settings and it worked!
